Excellent sliding properties due to PTFE and ultra-thin walls maximize the inner space of the catheter, contributing to improved delivery performance!
Our PTFE liner features ultra-thin walls (8μm) managed with strict tolerances, allowing for a maximum inner diameter and a minimum outer diameter of the catheter. The continuous production method using silver-plated copper wire wound onto reels significantly reduces costs throughout the entire catheter assembly process. It is optimal as a liner for thinner-walled catheters. 【Features】 ■ Ultra-thin: 0.0003” - 0.0005” (8μm - 13μm) ■ Wall thickness tolerance: ±0.00008” (±2μm) ■ Inner diameter: 0.01” - 0.11” (0.3mm - 2.8mm) ■ Excellent slip properties and chemical resistance ■ Delivery form: Reel wound (up to 1,500m), with silver-plated copper wire

basic information
■Quality Control - Monitoring the outer diameter along the entire length - Pinhole check along the entire length (pinhole locations are marked) --- Other Options --- ・Tie layer (adhesion layer) option for achieving adhesion PTFE liners can be supplied with an adhesion layer (8um) made of thermoplastic resin for improved adhesion after surface treatment. In this case, delivery can be made in cut lengths as well as in reels. ・Blade Option PTFE liners can also be supplied as a blade core with coils or braided with resin wires such as SS304, tungsten, 66PA, or PEEK on top of the PTFE liner. ・Outer Layer Option Delivery is also possible with an outer layer coated with various materials such as nylon, polyethylene, HDPE, LDPE, and others.
