Our mission at Asahi Intec is to embody our customers' dreams of manufacturing into a single ultra-thin wire. For 40 years since our founding, we have tackled challenging issues and created various products through our research and development capabilities filled with curiosity and a consistent production system that starts from materials. In an era where diverse added values such as thinness, lightweight, space-saving, and quietness are required, we solve our customers' problems with our unique technology. Additionally, we have multiple development and production bases globally to support our customers' BCP (Business Continuity Planning).

■Solutions for Power Transmission • Tooth ropes that allow for 3D maneuverability, effective in space-constrained situations • Flexirack that combines strength and flexibility, capable of strong push-pull actions • Flexible shafts that enable high torque and high rotation, achieving a simple design without the need for centering ■Products for Medical Devices • Hollow coils that can rotate at high speeds even in a bent state, ideal for intravascular imaging devices • Hollow coils and wires that can transmit rotational motion from the hand to the tip • Various resin coatings available, including nylon, PTFE, PFA, and ETFE ■Products for Industrial Equipment • Wire bars capable of high-precision thin film coating up to 3.6m wide, ideal for large films • Tungsten ropes with excellent heat resistance and strength, perfect for silicon ingot lifting wires • Composite twisted wires that combine fibers with different metals to achieve rope characteristics tailored to your needs
