We offer variations including the "Single Type," which inspects and cleans materials and finished products on one side of NC machines before storing them, as well as the "Double Type" and "Rotary Type." 【Variations Details】 ■Single Type - The material is picked up from the pallet and transported to the designated position of the machine loader. After processing is complete, it is received at the loader's designated position and stored back in the pallet. - Once one pallet is full, the pallet itself is moved to the discharge side, and the next pallet is set up to continuously process products. ■Double Type - Designed for products with short processing cycles, this type has palletizing stockers on both sides. - By placing the material pallet on the right side and the product storage pallet on the left side, it is possible to improve production throughput. - A two-spindle machine can process different products separately on the left and right sides. ■Rotary Type - Prepared for relatively long products. - Products that are too long for stacking on a pallet are retrieved and loaded using a rotary indexing device with 4 to 12 stations. - With optional attachments, it is possible to flip and position the products after retrieval. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
