The TG301CD is a composite vacuum gauge that features a Pirani filament and a temperature sensor within the B-A gauge measurement unit, enabling a wide range of measurement and control from atmospheric pressure to ultra-high vacuum conditions. The Pirani filament is made of corrosion-resistant materials, and in the B-A gauge region, it operates in tough mode while heating the grid and collector, allowing for high-precision measurements with minimal sensitivity reduction even in contaminated environments.
