The "Speedometer Tester - Model E3" is a testing device specialized for comprehensive speedometer testing by cutting out the testing functions for generator output, compensator output, and indicator input. By connecting a USB cable, you can set the speed from the included PC application, input any desired speed and wheel diameter, and simply click the set button to automatically output the speed. This device can display frequency by switching between speed display.
