We continuously measure resin viscosity online, which is essential for stabilizing resin manufacturing! Ideal for the production of resin products and recycled resin products!
The "Online Melt Indexer" is an online resin viscometer that continuously measures the MI value (MFR value) of resin viscosity. It reduces the effort and time compared to measurements taken through offline sampling. This helps stabilize the product. We offer a standard model "AVS-10S," a return type "AVS-10R," and an explosion-proof type "AVS-10F." 【Features】 ■ Continuously measures the MI value (MFR value) of resin viscosity ■ Reduces management effort ■ High-precision MI value (MFR value) that faithfully adheres to JIS standards due to its low-pressure capillary design ■ Remote monitoring and safety devices included ■ Ventilated type with internal pressure purge, suitable for use in Class II hazardous locations (explosion-proof type only) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
The style of our trading company that supports the backbone of our business is to "supply the necessary items in the necessary quantities at the necessary times." To achieve this, it is important to establish a direct sales system that draws out our customers' niche needs, a direct procurement system from manufacturers that responds to those requests, and a meticulous logistics network. We have always been closely connected to the field, never overlooking even the smallest gaps, and have responded to every detailed request. The fact that we have built a network of over 9,000 sales partners and more than 7,000 suppliers is a result of our dedicated sales activities that have engaged directly with the field. Moving forward, we will continue to stand at the intersection of many companies while also striving to expand our network further.
