Compared to general buildings, it benefits from a shortened building confirmation application period and relaxed fire safety equipment requirements, allowing for reduced construction time and lower costs. Plans can be made for configurations ranging from 2 levels with 1 tier to 6 levels with 7 tiers. ■Individually Certified Self-Driving Multi-Story Parking Lot This type of parking lot obtains individual certification limited to the construction site, allowing for greater design flexibility without special constraints on shape, similar to general buildings. It can leverage the benefits of certification from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism for planning purposes.
