The effect of elastin intake on reducing knee pain has been confirmed! We will introduce the results of a double-blind study.
A study was conducted using a double-blind method on 21 Japanese men and women aged 45 to 75 with self-reported knee joint pain (7 in each group) to examine the effects of an elastin-containing supplement and an elastin plus glucosamine supplement on reducing knee pain. Each day, the elastin group received 75 mg of bonito elastin, while the elastin plus glucosamine group received 75 mg of bonito elastin and 1,000 mg of glucosamine. As a result, effects such as a reduction in knee joint pain and improvement in knee pain were observed.
