Mass production of ultra-small scissors (knives) for endoscopic surgery using our proprietary μ-MIM technology.
- Mass production of finely detailed complex shapes (curved surfaces, thin-walled) that are difficult to process with cutting is possible. Hole diameter accuracy ±0.01 mm. - It is also possible to mold difficult-to-cut materials such as SUS and Ti, as well as to mold materials like PEEK on top (two-color molding).

basic information
For mass production of medical metal parts that require precision, such as fine micro forceps used in surgical procedures, please leave it to Taiho Industry, which has obtained ISO13485 certification. We specialize in high-precision mass production of fine and complex three-dimensional shaped metal parts. The gripping part has a curved shape and a thin thickness of 0.1mm, making it difficult to manufacture through cutting processes, and mass production is impossible without μ-MIM technology. The forceps shown in the photo were difficult to chuck in machining, making mass production impossible. However, with μ-MIM technology, high-quality and high-precision mass production is achievable. We can use various difficult-to-process materials, including stainless steel alloys, titanium alloys, and precious metals. Additionally, we can also perform various plating, resin coating, insulation covering, high-function surface treatment technologies, and composite materials of different substances.

Company information
Taiho Industry Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Japan Micro MIM Holdings Co., Ltd., and is responsible for the manufacturing of μ-MIM in collaboration with TAISEI KOGYO (THAILAND) CO., LTD. By using our self-developed feedstock (MIM raw material), we can mass-produce fine and high-precision metal parts that are difficult to manufacture with conventional MIM. We excel in areas that were previously challenging, suitable for parts with thin sections, products requiring high dimensional accuracy, and mass-produced items that demand high process capability indices, regardless of steel types or alloys. We have established a rapid and reliable evaluation system using the world's most advanced measurement and analysis equipment, directly linked to development speed. We cater to a wide range of industries, including not only medical devices but also optics, communications, and industrial equipment.
