A "shuttle kiln" is a type of furnace that loads carts carrying products into the chamber and processes them at a specified temperature. It allows for easy adjustment of production volume and changes in firing temperature patterns. With our self-developed burner (Superior Burner) and temperature control system, we achieve precise temperature control from approximately 100°C to 2°C/h and uniform firing.
