The "Zero Valley GK-HFZ" that we handle is a hybrid drill for iron. The recommended cutting conditions are a cutting speed of V = 24 to 60 m/min and a feed rate of f = 0.039 mm/rev. It can create holes without burrs in a single pass without a pilot hole, and as long as there is no runout, the hole accuracy is below H6. With excellent straightness, it can drill straight even through slightly curved pilot holes, and it is a jointly developed product with the Fukui Prefectural Industrial Technology Center, with a patent obtained.
