■Company Introduction Our company has been engaged in trial and error for many years to address one of the challenges in manufacturing: "deburring after drilling." We have finally succeeded in developing a mysterious drill that produces no burrs, called "Zero Burr." The Zero Burr is not just a tool for making holes; it is a carbide drill that can finish holes with high precision, free of burrs, and with true roundness and straightness. <Features of the Zero Burr Drill> ■ No burrs ■ No centering required ■ Can drill curved and angled holes in one shot ■ Hole accuracy H6~H7 ■ Surface roughness equivalent to spiral reamers ■ One-shot processing from centering to reamer finishing is possible ■ All series can be re-sharpened, etc... The number of steps in the drilling process is reduced, leading to cost reduction and increased productivity. We aim to be of service to our customers by understanding their needs and continuously challenging ourselves to create the best original tools, processing, re-sharpening, and coating until we achieve the optimal solution.
