[May 18 (Thu) - May 19 (Fri), 2023] Announcement of participation in the "1st Advanced Finishing Technology Exhibition"! at Haneda PIO PARK, Ota Ward, Tokyo.

ギケン ギケン
We will be exhibiting at the "1st Advanced Finishing Technology Exhibition" held at Haneda PIO PARK! This exhibition will be a "segmentation exhibition" focused on deburring technology, surface finishing technology, and cleaning technology. We will propose effective solutions and excellent technologies to customers who are struggling with finishing during processing. At this exhibition, we will also showcase our latest tool, the "Zero Burr Finisher." The Zero Burr Finisher is an ideal tool for reaming while removing burrs. It requires less material removal than a standard reamer and is less likely to break under load. If you have any concerns, such as issues with back burrs, pipe burrs, or taking too much time to remove burrs, please feel free to consult with us! We sincerely look forward to your visit!

Latest! Special fine-diameter ultra-hard drill! Zero burr for resin, CFRP, and UD materials!

"Zero Barrier fiber" can now be manufactured in non-standard thin diameters from φ1.0 and above!! A deburring drill specifically for resin, carbon fiber CFRP, CFRTP, and UD materials!

We are pleased to announce that our popular product, Zero Buri Fiber, is now available in a non-standard size starting from φ1.0! Previously, production began at φ3.0, but we have now eliminated burrs effectively using a fine-diameter carbide drill of φ1.0, allowing us to sell it as a special item! As you can see in the attached photo, even at a magnification of 50x, it is clear that the holes are cleanly drilled without any burrs. Please take a look at the comparisons with other companies. ▶ Usage: Zero Buri: GK-HFBZ Special Item ▶ Material being processed: PP ▶ Thickness: 5mm ▶ Cutting conditions: S=3350rpm, F=250mm/min ▶ Surface treatment: Non-coated ▶ Photo magnification: 50x ▶ Target materials: PP, MC Nylon, Duracon, PVC, resin, CFRTP, GFRTP, dedicated to UD materials Zero Buri Fiber can also be used for drilling with a drill press, so please take this opportunity to try it out. High efficiency! Super hard drill [Processing example: CFRP] Zero burr for CFRP

The "GK-HCZ" Zero Burr Drill is a revolutionary hybrid drill that finishes everything from pilot hole processing to deburring and reaming in a single operation!

The Zero Burr Drill is a revolutionary hybrid drill that enables one-shot processing without a pilot hole, suppressing burrs and achieving hole accuracy of H6 or better. This is a case study of processing carbon fiber CFRP, which is considered difficult to machine. Carbon fiber tends to produce severe burrs, delamination, and chipping during processing, and the cutting tools also wear out quickly. By using the 'GK-HCZ', we can suppress burrs, delamination, and chipping, successfully achieving clean hole drilling with just one carbide drill! [Processing Case] ■ Tool Used: GK-HCZ DLC (Drill for CFRP) ■ Coating: DLC ■ Material: CFRP (Thermosetting Carbon Reinforced Plastic) ■ Cutting Conditions: S=2500 F=50 ■ Size: φ3.0 to φ12.0 ■ Regrindable Simultaneous drilling of CFRP and aluminum can also be done cleanly without delamination. Regrinding is possible, allowing for regeneration. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Processing example: MC Nylon Zero Valley Fiber

With the super hard drill "Zero Bari Drill," you can drill through soft and easily meltable MC nylon without any burrs!

This is a case of perforating MC nylon using the ultra-hard drill "Zero Buri Fiber." MC nylon is prone to melting, and even with the zero burr drill (GK-HAZ) designed for aluminum and resin, fine burrs were generated. However, with the new product Zero Buri Fiber, there are truly zero burrs!! It is now possible to perforate even more cleanly and without burrs than before!! Material being processed: MC nylon Drill used: Zero Buri Fiber Model number: GK-HFBZ Although it has a special shape, it can also be re-sharpened, contributing to cost reduction for our customers. Additionally, while the Zero Buri Fiber was developed for CFRTP, it is also ideal for softer resins. Please give it a try.

[Seminar] Current Status and Future Prospects of Robotaxi Social Implementation

  • NEW
  • SEMINAR_EVENT

[Speaker] Mr. Takashi Fujita, Economist, Economic Research Department, Meiji Yasuda Research Institute, Inc. [Key Lecture Content] In this lecture, we will explore the social roles that autonomous driving and robot taxis can play, starting from the recent serious shortage of taxis, and systematically address the challenges for their social implementation from multiple perspectives. Considering structural changes such as the decrease and aging of taxi drivers and the increase in demand from foreign visitors to Japan, we will compare the trends of overseas companies like Waymo with the characteristics of demonstration experiments conducted by Japanese automobile manufacturers. Additionally, we will explain the current state of responsibility determination in the event of accidents during Level 4 autonomous driving, the insurance system, and the development of legal frameworks, while looking ahead to the necessary public-private and cross-industry collaboration to enhance social acceptance. [Lecture Items] 1. Structural factors of taxi shortages, increase in foreign visitors, and transportation demand 2. Leading examples from overseas and strengths of Japanese companies 3. Achievements and challenges of domestic demonstration experiments 4. Responsibility determination in the event of accidents 5. Relationship between compulsory insurance, voluntary insurance, and the Product Liability Law 6. Barriers to social acceptance 7. Responses towards social implementation 8.
