The "GK-HCZ" Zero Burr Drill is a revolutionary hybrid drill that finishes everything from pilot hole processing to deburring and reaming in a single operation!
The Zero Burr Drill is a revolutionary hybrid drill that enables one-shot processing without a pilot hole, suppressing burrs and achieving hole accuracy of H6 or better. This is a case study of processing carbon fiber CFRP, which is considered difficult to machine. Carbon fiber tends to produce severe burrs, delamination, and chipping during processing, and the cutting tools also wear out quickly. By using the 'GK-HCZ', we can suppress burrs, delamination, and chipping, successfully achieving clean hole drilling with just one carbide drill! [Processing Case] ■ Tool Used: GK-HCZ DLC (Drill for CFRP) ■ Coating: DLC ■ Material: CFRP (Thermosetting Carbon Reinforced Plastic) ■ Cutting Conditions: S=2500 F=50 ■ Size: φ3.0 to φ12.0 ■ Regrindable Simultaneous drilling of CFRP and aluminum can also be done cleanly without delamination. Regrinding is possible, allowing for regeneration. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
This series is an innovative "hybrid drill" developed in collaboration with the Fukui Prefectural Industrial Technology Center, successfully achieving cost reduction through a decrease in the number of processes by eliminating burrs. In addition, we offer the sale of burr-free drills called "Zero Burr Drills," as well as regrinding, processing, custom tool manufacturing, coating, and cost reduction in cutting tools... We are eager to listen to your needs and help you as much as possible. We also have test products (for a fee) in our lineup, so if you are interested in any products, please give them a try. If you are facing issues with cutting tools or burrs, please do not hesitate to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.

**Customer Feedback** - Previously, there was a lot of burr, and it took a long time for manual finishing work, but now that the burr removal process has been eliminated, it has been a great help. - Labor costs have been reduced, allowing us to allocate personnel to other departments. - We were unable to accept jobs that required burr removal, but now we can take on those jobs, and our workload has doubled. - Acrylic drilling is helpful because the sides are transparent and finished beautifully. - Resin drilling previously had many defective products due to holes expanding or melting, but since switching to zero burr, there is no expansion of holes and no burrs, resulting in no defective products. We have received various feedback like this. If you have any concerns or requests regarding drilling, please feel free to contact us. We look forward to hearing from you.

Company information
■Company Introduction Our company has been engaged in trial and error for many years to address one of the challenges in manufacturing: "deburring after drilling." We have finally succeeded in developing a mysterious drill that produces no burrs, called "Zero Burr." The Zero Burr is not just a tool for making holes; it is a carbide drill that can finish holes with high precision, free of burrs, and with true roundness and straightness. <Features of the Zero Burr Drill> ■ No burrs ■ No centering required ■ Can drill curved and angled holes in one shot ■ Hole accuracy H6~H7 ■ Surface roughness equivalent to spiral reamers ■ One-shot processing from centering to reamer finishing is possible ■ All series can be re-sharpened, etc... The number of steps in the drilling process is reduced, leading to cost reduction and increased productivity. We aim to be of service to our customers by understanding their needs and continuously challenging ourselves to create the best original tools, processing, re-sharpening, and coating until we achieve the optimal solution. While NC machines for cutting processes are becoming increasingly precise year by year, we aspire to be a consulting partner in searching for the "best processing methods" that can meet the various conditions intertwined with high precision.
