As a member of the NTT Data Group, we have over 50 years of experience in BPO services since our founding. We provide services in three segments: BPO services, system development, and infrastructure construction. In BPO services, we offer comprehensive back-office, call center, and data entry services, including the management of important information such as My Number. Currently, we also support the sale of RPA (Winacter) and AI-OCR (DxSuite) utilizing IT, as well as the streamlining of operations. In development, we focus on system development centered around the integrated mail order management system "C.NEXT" series, which encompasses everything from e-commerce sites to core systems and data analysis. In infrastructure, we build network security infrastructures and managed services that can respond to cyberattacks and information leaks.
