This is the situation of glass shattering damage caused by wind tunnel effects when typhoons made landfall on the Korean Peninsula three times in 2020.
In the second year of the Reiwa era, heavy rains that struck southern Kyushu from early to mid-July caused significant damage. However, the typhoons that were feared this year did not make landfall after Typhoon No. 8. Fortunately, unlike in previous years, we have been spared from major disasters. However, in place of our country, the Korean Peninsula experienced three landfalls, particularly in Busan, where high-rise buildings are densely packed. Depending on the situation and the positioning of the buildings, the wind pressure can be nearly three times greater, resulting in winds that rival those of Typhoon No. 21, which struck Kansai on September 4, 2018, with a maximum wind speed of 46.5 m/s. It seems that glass shattered, and the interior was ravaged by the winds, causing extensive damage.
