Operations can run 24 hours a day! You can check inventory levels, shelf usage, and cargo occupancy rates in real time.
We would like to introduce a case study of the "Material Handling Management System" developed by TCC. This system performs data transmission and reception to manage the inbound and outbound quantities in the warehouse and control sorting equipment. It receives inbound and outbound instructions from the upper system and sends package information (shelf information, JAN code) to the equipment based on those instructions. For inbound, sorting of packages is done based on the information verified by the scanner, while for outbound, scheduled packages are collected, verified by the scanner, and sorted for delivery to the destination stores. 【Implementation Effects and Points】 ■ Real-time confirmation of inventory levels, shelf usage, and package occupancy rates ■ Continuous monitoring of inbound and outbound status ■ Simplified verification during inbound and outbound processes, allowing for reduced operational time *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
