The "Compact Portable Type Mini" is a steel belt oil skimmer that can be easily installed and moved using magnets. When the special stainless steel belt rotates due to the magnetic pulley, the floating oil adheres to the belt, is scraped off by a wiper positioned above, and is discharged from the trough. Equipped with a timer, it allows for efficient recovery of floating oil. Founded in 1990 as Aco Japan Co., Ltd., we took over the oil skimmer division of Aco Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of powder machinery and environmental-related equipment. Since then, we have developed metal belt-type oil skimmers for cleaning machines that can be used even in boiling water and for coolant devices that require compactness, supplying them to the market. Our oil skimmers have gained support from users due to their rich variety of models and unique metal belt technology, securing a solid position as a long-established domestic oil skimmer manufacturer up to the present day. In recent years, we have developed a patented rotary wet screening slurry cleaner, which has been adopted mainly in advanced fields such as ceramics and battery materials, as well as in the chemical and food industries. The demand for much finer particles in the powder industry has increased, highlighting the importance of wet processes. Our devices have gained attention for their high separation accuracy and low noise and contamination in classification and foreign matter removal applications.
