High Vacuum Die Casting System "VACU2 Series"

We provide strong support for die casting (aluminum/magnesium) through a multi-stage vacuum process.

It is a die casting performed in a vacuum state (under reduced pressure), which reduces casting defects such as air entrapment by minimizing the inclusion of air. • Two-stage exhaust process The exhaust is conducted in two stages for the shot sleeve and the mold cavity. In the first exhaust process, a vacuum is created through a large-diameter suction port provided in the shot sleeve, quickly bringing the pressure in the shot sleeve and mold cavity to an ideal vacuum state. In the second exhaust process, vacuum is drawn from the intake port of the mold cavity. This two-stage exhaust significantly improves the vacuum level within the cavity compared to conventional one-stage exhaust types, making it possible to further reduce casting defects. • High-precision process monitoring system By monitoring pressure measurements at four different locations, high-precision process control is achievable. Furthermore, this pressure monitoring system allows for accurate understanding of operational status, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
