Our company is blessed with a mild climate, the water from the Ibo River system, and salt from Ako, allowing us to manufacture and sell hand-stretched somen noodles "Ibo no Ito" as well as various types of dried noodles. In June 2015, we obtained certification for our food safety management system "FSSC22000" in the manufacturing and processing of hand-stretched somen and hand-stretched cold wheat noodles.
