This is an LED light sheet with an L-angle heat dissipation frame made of aluminum with a thickness of only 1mm.
The L-shaped aluminum heat sink is grounded on the back of the light guide plate to adhere to the light guide plate and absorb the heat dissipation from the LED chip. The light guide plate section consists of a 5mm light guide plate, a reflective sheet, and a backing plate, making it only 6mm thick, which is thinner and more flexible than any LED panel. The chip insertion area is also very thin, with a thickness of just 7mm, making it an extremely thin surface light source. One of the features of the L-angle heat sink frame is that it does not intrude into the front of the light guide plate, allowing the entire light guide plate to be utilized for illumination. (Additionally, the maintenance of the L-angle heat sink frame is very simple, making it easy to address any issues that may arise.)

Our LED light panels have been on sale since 2007 using a light guide plate method. To maintain uniform brightness on the light source surface, the light guide plates are custom-made according to size, and by designing each one individually, we achieve a uniform light guide plate with a brightness uniformity of over 80%. For LED chips, you can choose from warm white at 3000K, white at 4000K, daylight white at 5000K, daylight color at 6500K, RGB chips, and variable color temperature LED chips ranging from 2700K to 6500K. However, the variable color temperature type is only available for sheet-type light guide plates and cannot be produced in panel type. The lifespan of the LEDs is approximately 40,000 to 50,000 hours, and there are facilities and stores that have been using our products for 10 years. They are widely adopted as menu boards in commercial facilities such as food courts and photo panels. As a light source, our products are appreciated for their high surface brightness uniformity, and products with a diffusion plate specification are used as light sources for visual inspections and image inspections by major manufacturers.
