From a minimum size of 200mm × 200mm to a maximum of 2400mm × 1200mm, with color temperatures of 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, 6500K, 8000K, and RGB full color, you can select the optimal surface-emitting light source for your application by finely configuring options such as the diffusion plate specification that makes the light guide plate printing invisible, the use of transparent light guide plates for double-sided emission, and wiring positions. The applications of LED light panels with a panel brightness uniformity of over 80% cover a wide range from commercial uses such as sign panels and POP advertising, backlight panels in custom frames, to inspection light sources in factories and research fields. This is a surface-emitting LED panel that adopts a light guide plate method (edge-lit method) that efficiently illuminates the entire surface by directing the light from the LED chips from the side of the light guide plate. The LED light module is a frameless, slim LED panel that is surrounded by a heat dissipation frame on all four sides. Sizes: From 200mm x 200mm to 2400mm x 1200mm. We can produce A sizes, B sizes, and squares up to a maximum size of 1200mm on each side. Color temperature (Kelvin): 3000K (warm white) / 4000K / 5000K (daylight white) / 6500K (standard white) / 8000K / variable 2700K to 6500K / RGB full color. Our LED light panels have been on sale since 2007 using a light guide plate method. To maintain uniform brightness on the light source surface, the light guide plates are custom-made according to size, and by designing each one individually, we achieve a uniform light guide plate with a brightness uniformity of over 80%. For LED chips, you can choose from warm white at 3000K, white at 4000K, daylight white at 5000K, daylight color at 6500K, RGB chips, and variable color temperature LED chips ranging from 2700K to 6500K. However, the variable color temperature type is only available for sheet-type light guide plates and cannot be produced in panel type. The lifespan of the LEDs is approximately 40,000 to 50,000 hours, and there are facilities and stores that have been using our products for 10 years. They are widely adopted as menu boards in commercial facilities such as food courts and photo panels. As a light source, our products are appreciated for their high surface brightness uniformity, and products with a diffusion plate specification are used as light sources for visual inspections and image inspections by major manufacturers. Additionally, module-type surface light sources without a snap frame are ideal as alternative light sources for existing signs, architectural lighting, and display lighting.
