This is an electric inspection device specifically designed for rubbing cloth used in the manufacturing of LCD glass. It is designed so that the device's components do not come into contact with the delicate surface of the material as much as possible. The inspection can be performed in three directions—transmitted light from the back, vertical incident light from the front, and oblique incident light—using a single unit equipped with four types of fluorescent lamps. The electric cutter is inserted into a running rail for straight cutting. The rail position is designed to be easily adjustable manually. The cutting table section can also be separated from the inspection mechanism. Automation of the cutting mechanism is also possible.
