The "OCF-1900" is a device that cuts soft materials, similar to non-woven fabric, into fixed dimensions and integrates them into packaging boxes and other applications. To prevent the material from getting caught on the cutting cutter rail, a shutter mechanism operates to open and close, while an air blowing mechanism removes wrinkles from the material, allowing for flawless feeding of the material.
