The "FTBLL12, FTBLL12W, FTBLL26" are fluidized bed heat treatment furnaces that use a PID temperature controller with four control zones for more effective heat treatment. If the temperature exceeds 615°C or if a system malfunction occurs, heating will stop due to an independent over-temperature prevention function. The system is protected by two fuses, enhancing safety, and is equipped with an RS485 computer interface for PC connection.
