Our company handles the "Vibro Washing Machine," which can remove impurities without damaging the fabric. Using a special vibration device, it applies powerful ultrasonic vibrations (3,000 to 6,000 times per minute) to the fabric, completely separating impurities not only from the surface but also from deep within the material into the water. Furthermore, the fresh water supplied through the backflow action accompanying the vibrations actively replaces the dirty water, preventing the accumulation of contaminants in the water. The cleaning process is highly effective due to the use of non-contaminated washing water, and because it is further wrung out with a mangle, it is said that the work output of this washing machine is extremely high, being 2 to 3 times more effective compared to ordinary washing machines. 【Cleaning Process】 1. Completely detach the contaminants contained in the fabric through some physical action. 2. Quickly transport the detached contaminants out of the tank and replace them with fresh washing water to prevent residue. 3.
