High-power connector cable compatible with Kw class without adhesive.
By using glass fusion technology, we can provide adhesive laser high-power optical connectors that can flexibly accommodate different fiber diameters. The connector types are compatible with SMA905 and FC, and the connector end structure can be offered in either a tip air gap type or a tip glass jacket type. If high power is required, it is possible to install an end cap that reduces the energy density at the input and output ends of the optical fiber tip.

We have prepared a lineup of four types of tips to match output levels and price ranges. For lower output levels, we propose the air gap ferrule type (TYPE1) and the tip glass jacket type (TYPE2), which uses glass welding technology to flexibly accommodate different fiber diameters. Both structures feature a no-adhesive design, ensuring high heat resistance and reliability. If high power resistance is required, we recommend the ECF type (with end cap) to reduce the energy density at the input and output ends of the optical fiber tip. For specifications that require high output levels for processing, the use of QBH connectors is necessary.
