We produce about 100 units daily of control boxes and switch boxes, each with different sizes, opening positions, and colors. After the NC and laser processing steps, which eliminate manual labor, the products inevitably go through processes that require human involvement. However, we implement various strategies here to enhance productivity and achieve zero mistakes. For example, in the welding assembly process shown in the photo, four workers break down the tasks as much as possible and assign responsibilities, which helps eliminate missed welds and achieve high productivity.
