We took advantage of the three-day holiday on July 19, 20, and 21 to remove the existing compact multifunction printer (LC2012-C1) and introduce the new EMLZ12AJE. After approximately two weeks of adjustments and trial operations, we plan to fully operate it after the Obon holiday. With this replacement investment, we will have two EML multifunction printers with material shelves side by side. This will significantly increase processing capacity with two high-speed machines, streamline nesting operations using Dr. Abe, improve yield rates, and achieve reductions in electricity costs and running costs through energy-saving measures. Additionally, by enhancing the capacity of the initial blanking process, we expect that the subsequent relations with the vendor will run more smoothly, further refining our greatest feature: the integrated production system.
