We received contact from a customer who has experience using our Broa Disk. They experienced a bridge in the hopper for fine flour, so they installed two of their available Mini Broa Disks. While there was some effect, it did not completely resolve the issue, and they inquired about the possibility of adding a few more units. They requested a loan of the additional units. It was noted that two units were already installed near the discharge area (which is an ideal position), and based on the situation during testing, we determined that it would be best to install four units directly above the existing ones and sent the necessary quantity. The customer conducted a test, and the results were favorable, leading to their adoption of the solution.
