Sanko has successfully formed side walls with uneven thickness by adding forging elements to the drawing process. In our unique molding experiments inspired by components of automotive CVTs, we completed the prototype mold in four processes (two forging drawing processes + two end face cutting processes). We can also accommodate considerations for press forming feasibility during development.
