This is a case study on the installation of network cameras for Tsuchiya Gosei Co., Ltd. The company operated its manufacturing line 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, but faced a situation where it could not allocate many personnel to operate the production line, especially during nighttime and holidays. As a result of introducing network cameras, data on the operational status of molding machines could be collected, and the condition of each molding machine could be monitored from anywhere. This allowed for quick confirmation of any issues and understanding of the situation, even when there were fewer personnel during nighttime and holidays.
