Environmentally friendly FRP using cellulose nanofibers
"Nacel" is a reinforced plastic made by blending cellulose nanofibers, derived from plant fibers, with synthetic resins using unique technology. It faithfully reproduces the mass production system "Kyoto Process," which continuously and efficiently manufactures resin composite materials reinforced with cellulose nanofibers. This new material not only increases strength compared to unreinforced synthetic resins but also boasts high recycling efficiency, making it environmentally friendly. 【Lineup】 ■ Nacel light: A masterbatch blended with micro-sized pulp ■ Nacel N-40PP: A masterbatch with 40% CNF blended into PP ■ Nacel N-10PP: A composite material with 10% CNF blended into PP *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Our company continues to produce plastic household goods with a simple design that is easy to use, rational, and can be used for a long time, which is the foundation of our manufacturing. We are committed to the pursuit of materials, thorough quality control, and conducting mold maintenance in-house to ensure we can provide stable products. At the same time, we are developing raw materials. We have uniquely compounded CNF, the basic structural material of all plants, with polypropylene and bio-polyethylene using the Kyoto Process method, resulting in the in-house development of recyclable reinforced plastics. While there is still room for improvement in the defibrillation process during the mixing stage, we have been able to discover molding conditions unique to CNF products in processes such as injection molding and extrusion.
