This product is a ring used in medical devices. It is made of aluminum (A2017) and has undergone complex lathe processing with turning and groove machining. Although it is a simple-shaped product, the requirements for burrs and edges are strict, so we custom-made special deburring tools for its production. Additionally, to ensure precision, we performed the machining with a single chuck using a complex lathe. At our company, we select the optimal processing method for parts manufacturing based on the shape and conditions of the product. We often custom-make jigs and tools, as in the case of this product.
