The "GFL Series" is a high-purity FluoroClear filter cartridge designed for highly corrosive wet etching and cleaning applications in the microelectronics industry. Constructed from 100% fluoropolymer materials, the ECTFE hardware and support layer provide a wide range of chemical compatibility and thermal resistance. The PTFE membrane delivers high flow rates and high-purity effluent with low pressure loss.
