The potting machine we use is primarily a single-axis machine that applies resin, and by attaching a multi-axis tube to the end of a single-axis mixer, it can be converted to two-axis, four-axis, six-axis, or eight-axis. However, considering the accuracy of the XY coordinates and the cleaning and replacement of tubes, we do not use multi-axis machines as single-axis is more efficient. Additionally, with inexpensive polyurethane resins or overseas polyurethane resins, there is a risk of yellowing due to ultraviolet light, and if yellowing occurs, the surface can change to a yellow color in just a few months. We use a non-yellowing type of resin.
