Rubber sponge that doesn't "flatten" even with long-term use - Automotive, industrial machinery, housing, equipment.
High resilience rubber that can almost eliminate permanent compression deformation even after long-term use. It can almost eliminate the need for gasket replacement due to wear. Proven performance in mass-produced vehicles.
This is a high-recovery rubber sponge that brings the permanent deformation of sponge rubber as close to zero as possible. When released from a state of continuous pressure after long-term use, it instantly returns to its original shape, with extremely small permanent deformation and excellent shape retention. Due to its excellent recovery properties, it is suitable for packing materials in outdoor equipment that require water tightness, as well as gaskets in areas where long-term water tightness is necessary and where parts are repeatedly opened and closed. It is particularly suitable for waterproof packing in remote equipment that cannot be frequently replaced, as well as packing inside devices that are not easy to replace. Additionally, it has been successfully used for applications requiring airtightness, such as odor prevention in portable toilets, prevention of paper dust scattering, and airtightness around doors.

Applications/Examples of results
(Waterproofing) - Tsunami countermeasure bulkhead door packing - Bathroom packing for residential equipment (apron water stop, drainage, inspection openings, etc.) - Packing for various industrial equipment parts (Air tightness) - Odor prevention for temporary toilets - Prevention of paper dust scattering - Air-tight packing around doors (Rubber dampers utilizing the elasticity of rubber sponge) - Automotive hood Other examples utilizing "non-deformation" - Packing for equipment that is difficult to replace after installation in mountainous or remote areas - Packing for parts integrated into equipment that are not easy to replace - Electrical boxes and distribution boards that lose waterproofing due to deformation

Founded 91 years ago as "Yashima Automobile Parts Trading Company," our company originated from the automotive parts division of Yashima Motor Co., which was the general importer of Chrysler vehicles in 1926. Over the years, we evolved from supplying repair parts to directly providing mass-produced components to automobile manufacturers, in line with the pre-war and post-war trends of domestic automobile production. At the time of our establishment, the Toranomon area was referred to as Japan's Detroit, yet there were almost no domestic vehicles present, and we had been engaged in automotive-related business even before the domestic production of automobiles began. Today, we have transformed and grown into a technical trading company that directly supplies and sells mass-produced parts to major automobile manufacturers and construction machinery manufacturers. We support the development departments of manufacturers with technical proposals and assist the procurement departments with global parts sourcing, providing mass production solutions for a wide range of products, from resin molded products, semiconductors, electronic components, and sensors to inverters and onboard motors that make up electric vehicles. Notably, the next-generation onboard electrification components have significantly increased, with mass production sales reaching an annual scale of 6 billion yen.
