The "iQue3" is a high-throughput flow cytometer (cell analyzer) that integrates various traditional experimental methods to deliver results in a short time. The required sample volume for measurement is only 10μL, allowing for significant savings of precious samples and reagents. It simultaneously analyzes the characteristics of suspended cells and secreted proteins in culture supernatants within the same well, providing a dramatically larger amount of information from a single sample measurement.
