In the QC field, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of sterility testing is always required. On the other hand, traditional sterility testing often reveals issues such as human errors, the burden of record management, and risks stemming from intervention operations. In this seminar, we will introduce how our Sterisart Universal Pump, 4th generation, addresses these challenges. We observed structural changes in antibodies associated with culture and confirmed the transition from a closed structure to a Y-shaped structure. This presentation will introduce the affinity analysis results obtained using the Octet system and examples of its applications.
