This document is an application note that explains the biosimilar evaluation method using Fc gamma receptors and antigens through kinetics screening with "Octet" BLI. It introduces a method to determine the range of kinetic parameters for interactions with the target using a single concentration of analyte. Multiple analytes and ligands can be screened rapidly in a single measurement. By avoiding orthogonal formats with multiple parameters like ELISA, it is possible to advance only the molecules with the desired characteristics to downstream processes for further evaluation.
