The cut monitor "CS07," capable of analyzing all types of crimp terminal samples, has arrived in the CS series!
Providing stable quality at all times has become an increasingly important competitive condition. In the production field of wire harnesses, it is required to quickly and neatly finish the cross-section of sample terminals, capture satisfactory images, and compile the analysis into an appropriate report format. The CS series from Trusoltech meets this demand, aiming to reduce customer costs and feedback any issues back to the production site. We are pleased to announce that the "CS07," a cut monitor capable of analyzing all types of crimp terminal samples, has been added to the CS series. Additionally, we are launching new "cross-section analysis software" and "electrolytic etching units" that can be used alongside the "CS07." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us through our website.

basic information
◆ All cross-section observation processes are consolidated, allowing cutting, polishing, and analysis to be performed within a single system. ◆ Cross-section observation of crimp terminals can be conducted without resin hardening, completing the task in about one minute. ◆ Equipped with a touch panel and an excellent user interface, anyone can work safely and easily. ◇ Option: Extra Thick Wire Cutting It now supports extra thick wires from 5 sq to a maximum of 60 sq. A vacuum unit sucks in dust while creating a clean cross-section with just cutting. * Please purchase the vacuum unit and the dedicated extra thick wire clamper. ◇ Option: Longitudinal Section Cutting Samples of longitudinal sections can be created without resin hardening. It uses a dedicated clamper and cutting blade, accommodating sizes from 0.18 sq to 2 sq. * Please purchase the dedicated cutting blade and longitudinal section clamper. Additionally, the CS series has newly added an electrolytic etching set and image processing software. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us through our website.
