Developed with Oxo's unique ingenuity! Used in numerous races and achieved great results.
Introducing a new technology that has a significant effect on "friction reduction." Micro dimples are suitable for improving sliding characteristics by trapping hydraulic fluid under poor lubrication and high surface pressure. However, surface texturing using fine particle shot is not easy. The development of OX-FSP/Polish, created through Oxo's unique ingenuity, marks the beginning of this technology. It has been used in numerous races and has achieved great results. [Features] ■ Used by many users ■ Fine particle shot can be applied to complex shapes ■ Received positive evaluations in various fields including automotive, molds, and many others *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
[Test Results Under Ultra-Low Viscosity Oil Extreme Poor Lubrication] ■ Conventional Oil 0W20, Results with 1 Microliter on Conventional Polished Surface - At a contact pressure of 122 MPa, slight seizure occurred, and the load at which seizure occurred decreased compared to conventional results. ■ Ultra-Low Viscosity Oil 0W8, Results with 1 Microliter on Conventional Polished Surface - When changing to ultra-low viscosity oil with a dynamic viscosity reduction of -30%, seizure occurred at a contact pressure of 15.4 MPa. ■ Ultra-Low Viscosity Oil 0W8, Results with 1 Microliter on New OX-FSP/Polish - Even under ultra-low viscosity and extreme poor lubrication conditions, the seizure resistance contact pressure increased to 98.3 MPa. - To achieve the same level as the current state, a composite effect with SKD11 equivalent, which has self-lubricating properties, could reach over 128 MPa. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
