Introducing a case study on the implementation of a "cartridge heater" in a large dishwasher!
A food machinery manufacturer faced the issue that "scale (water stains, carbohydrates) adheres to the heater sheath, making maintenance difficult, and during heater replacement, the 2-inch stainless steel plug gets stuck and is hard to remove." In response, our company proposed a cartridge heater. It has been downsized from a 2-inch stainless steel plug to a 1/2-inch one, making it more compact. Considering water quality, we changed the material to Incoloy 800, and since it is a rod type, it has received positive feedback for being easy to maintain. 【Case Overview】 <Problems> ■ Scale (water stains, carbohydrates) adheres, making maintenance difficult ■ The 2-inch stainless steel plug is hard to remove during heater replacement <Results after Implementation> ■ The rod type makes maintenance easy ■ It has been downsized from a 2-inch stainless steel plug to a 1/2-inch one, making it more compact *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
