Method for manufacturing tubular bodies for injection needles used in insulin self-injection, etc.!
I want to deliver a 'less painful injection needle' that has no issues with drug liquid ejection!
We will design and manufacture a mold for mass-producing the tubular body that will further improve the currently thinnest 34G injection needle and create a 35G injection needle using progressive die processing!

basic information
The current 34G injection needle is made based on a tubular body formed by curling a thin sheet of stainless steel and joining its seam through laser welding. To perform that laser welding perfectly, the precision of the seam where the curling occurs is required to be very strict. If that seam precision becomes loose or due to the condition of the laser welding, a protrusion can occur inside the tubular body, narrowing the interior of the tube and causing poor drug discharge. Therefore, our company aimed for a connection that does not require welding and undertook a challenging development. As a result, we succeeded in forming the tubular body without welding and invented the design and production of a progressive press mold that meets the necessary liquid-tight condition. We then independently filed a patent for that technology and obtained it! "Patent No. 6762549"

Company information
Leveraging over 46 years of experience in press mold design, manufacturing, and 3D modeling, we will meet our customers' needs. We support the production of ultra-precision parts from mold creation to mass production. Additionally, starting from April 2021, we will begin mass production and sales of various fine precision parts. Furthermore, we offer not only mold manufacturing but also single-item processing such as wire cutting, discharge machining, fine hole discharge, and machining type engraving. We can accommodate a wide range of services including drilling, counterboring, tapping, and external shape cutting on hardened blocks. We have newly introduced the Keyence Corporation's VHX-8000 microscope and laser elemental analysis head as a set. Elemental analysis can be performed in the atmosphere without altering the sample while observing it with the microscope. Foreign substance analysis, multilayer analysis (drilling), and multipoint analysis can be conducted in a short time. If you bring in a sample, we can analyze it on-site depending on the quantity and provide you with the analysis results to take home. We accept samples starting from just one piece at a low cost.
