Leveraging over 46 years of experience in press mold design, manufacturing, and 3D modeling, we will meet our customers' needs. We support the production of ultra-precision parts from mold creation to mass production. Additionally, starting from April 2021, we will begin mass production and sales of various fine precision parts. Furthermore, we offer not only mold manufacturing but also single-item processing such as wire cutting, discharge machining, fine hole discharge, and machining type engraving. We can accommodate a wide range of services including drilling, counterboring, tapping, and external shape cutting on hardened blocks. We have newly introduced the Keyence Corporation's VHX-8000 microscope and laser elemental analysis head as a set. Elemental analysis can be performed in the atmosphere without altering the sample while observing it with the microscope. Foreign substance analysis, multilayer analysis (drilling), and multipoint analysis can be conducted in a short time. If you bring in a sample, we can analyze it on-site depending on the quantity and provide you with the analysis results to take home. We accept samples starting from just one piece at a low cost.
