Element analysis in the atmosphere! Element analysis is possible without changing the appearance of the sample while observing it with a microscope!
We have newly introduced the VHX-8000 microscope from Keyence Corporation, which enables elemental analysis with a microscope, along with the EA-300 laser elemental analysis head. Elemental analysis can be performed without altering the appearance of the sample while observing it under magnification with the microscope. The elemental content of the sample can be detected by element name and content percentage (%). Of course, the detection results can also be provided in spectral form. Elemental analysis is possible for foreign substance analysis, multilayer analysis (drilling), multi-point analysis, and including the plating layer, down to the sample beneath the plating layer. Additionally, it is possible to measure welding depth, allowing for the cross-section of polished post-weld samples to be photographed separately by different materials, and the depth can be measured. Since detection is possible from a single sample, please feel free to bring it in or send it to us!
