We have newly introduced the Keyence Corporation's VHX-8000 microscope and laser elemental analysis head as a set. Elemental analysis can be performed in the atmosphere without altering the sample while observing it with the microscope. Foreign substance analysis, multilayer analysis (drilling), and multipoint analysis can be conducted in a short time. If you bring in a sample, we can analyze it on-site depending on the quantity and provide you with the analysis results to take home. We accept samples starting from just one piece at a low cost.
