LHe cooling device for electron microscopes that keeps the sample in view even at high magnification.
We handle the "LHe cooling device for electron microscopes" developed for cathodoluminescence (CL). This device applies the technology of a continuous flow liquid helium cryostat. Since electron microscopes are sensitive to vibrations, we use thin stainless steel pipes for the supply and return lines of helium to eliminate external vibrations. Furthermore, to minimize the expansion and contraction of the sample holder due to cooling, we have installed heaters throughout the heat exchanger, creating a structure that reduces expansion and contraction during temperature control. 【Basic Specifications】 ■ Minimum achievable temperature: below 10K ■ Temperature control range: 10K to 300K ■ Temperature control accuracy: ±0.1K ■ Cooling time: approximately 60 minutes to reach minimum temperature (until stable) *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
