The YKS-904 is a cooling machine equipped with a cleaning device that allows for large-scale continuous cooling of chikuwa and tempura. It uses a duct fan positioned at an appropriate location on the upper part of the main body to draw in natural cool air from the room through the lower filter-equipped intake, continuously metabolizing and forcing the cooling of products during the transport process. Additionally, the strength of the duct fan can be easily adjusted according to the type and capacity of the products.
