There are proven implementations in low-power microcontrollers! Here we introduce design examples of voltage regulation circuits.
We would like to introduce a design case of Frontier Technology: "Constant Voltage Generation Circuit." This circuit generates a constant voltage specifically for the oscillation circuit from the power supply voltage. The current source for the amplifier is supplied from the reference generation circuit. It can be used as a constant voltage power supply for the oscillation circuit and has a proven track record of being implemented in low-power microcontrollers. 【Layout Design Points】 - The differential pair of the amplifier should be arranged at a common centroid. - To improve current accuracy, the tail current source of the amplifier should be created in the same shape and orientation as the N-channel bias transistor of the reference generation circuit. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
